Our Perth and Brisbane Office is looking for a Full-Time Learning Experience Manager to join our team on a 12 month Max Term Contract.

About the role

• Advise and consult with Executive and Senior Leadership on processes and people capability
• Develop and implement a consistent strategic framework
• Actively promote cross business learning and seek opportunities to facilitate knowledge sharing
• Devise, plan and execute learning programs that deliver on business strategy
• Facilitate and provide end to end implementation and evaluation of training programs

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Education, Training and Assessment or related field.
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role
• Project management experience, including leading, execution and rollout of new initiatives and projects.
• Strategic Learning and Development experience including designing frameworks, competencies and pathways.
• Proficient content creation and facilitation skills
