Our Perth and Brisbane Office is looking for a Full-Time Learning Experience Manager to join our team on a 12 month Max Term Contract.
About the role
- Advise and consult with Executive and Senior Leadership on processes and people capability
- Develop and implement a consistent strategic framework
- Actively promote cross business learning and seek opportunities to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Devise, plan and execute learning programs that deliver on business strategy
- Facilitate and provide end to end implementation and evaluation of training programs
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Education, Training and Assessment or related field.
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role
- Project management experience, including leading, execution and rollout of new initiatives and projects.
- Strategic Learning and Development experience including designing frameworks, competencies and pathways.
- Proficient content creation and facilitation skills
